The solution
Fritidsresor a leading swedish travel operator and part of ”World of TUI”, one of the biggest travel operators in the world  searched for a tool to improve  it´s customer service.

Cypoint delivered the needed tool based on Cypoint´s software platform for mobile communication and CYPOINT TIMS™ (Travel Information Management System) and IBM’s products: IBM WebSphere Application Server™, IBM WebSphere Portal Server™, IBM DB2™
and IBM WebSphere MQ Series™.

The system provide personalized information about the chosen trip (product) to the customer via SMS before departure date and during the stay at the destination. The information is either created centrally or locally and by integration with Fritidsresor´s CRM-system.
