Halens is one of the leading mail order companies in Sweden with a turnover of over 120 MEURO. The assortment consists of fashion, furniture and home electronics.  Halens is expanding rapidly, working under the brands Halens and Cellbes they are currently active in Norway, Finland, Denmark, Estonia and Latvia and a large part of the business is done through the e-commerce solutions.

The mail order industry produces a large number of catalogs and other printed matters. With a very broad assortment and being active in many markets with many different languages makes it a big challenge to manage a growing volume of product information. Having this large volume of information consistent across channels is also very important.

To meet these growing demands and to support the growth strategy Halens has chosen to implement Cypoint/inRiver PIM Suite. The project will involve integration to the ERP system and the e-commerce solutions and is carried out by Cypoint.
