Moderna Museet modernize its' IT infrastructure using Cypoint and Cypoint Virtualization Services. The project includes the implementation of a completely new virtualiserad infrastructure platform and an upgrade of the server environment to Windows Server 2008.

-We had an outdated server park and we had a choice to either invest in a whole lot of new hardware or a virtualization of most of the environment. A feasibility study showed that there would be both cheaper and more reliable with a virtualization environment. The choice fell on Cypoints solution based on Microsoft's Hyper-V platform and thereby also a migration to Windows Server 2008, says Roger Dahl Fagerland at Moderna Museet.
